Customers may request a refund or service credit in the event of a service outage lasting more than 24 continuous hours due to technical faults attributable to us. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or credit, contact us at info@cabletvbundlepackages.com with your account details and a brief explanation of the issue. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

One-time fees such as installation, activation, and equipment leasing fees are non-refundable. Partial month charges following service cancellation are also not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. If that method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made with the customer.
