2. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms applicable to selected services. You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Usage

Our services must be used in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Any unlawful or unauthorized use—including tampering with equipment, violating copyrights, or using services for spam or fraud—may result in termination without notice.

4. Payments and Billing

Fees for service plans, installations, and equipment rental are billed according to the plan selected. All charges are due on the billing date, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Promotional rates may revert to standard pricing after expiration.

5. Cancellation and Equipment Return

You may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing info@cabletvbundlepackages.com. Customers are responsible for returning any leased equipment within 15 days to avoid unreturned equipment charges. Final bills may reflect prorated charges or refunds where applicable.

6. Service Limitations and Downtime

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Routine maintenance, emergencies, or external technical issues may cause disruptions. We are not liable for any losses related to such outages.

7. Liability Limitations

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or lost business arising from the use of our services. Your sole remedy for service issues is limited to applicable refunds or credits outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
